Jalapeño and Serrano Salsa

Directions

  1. 1Add about half a cup of oil to a pan.
  2. 2Fry garlic, onion, and the chiles until they're soft and slightly blistered.
  3. 3Add everything to a blender along with salt and water.
  4. 4Blend until smooth.
  5. 5Taste and adjust if needed.
