Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over low-to-medium heat until halfway cooked.
Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until done.
Remove the bacon and onion from the pan and let drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken breast with 1/2 of the ranch seasoning, the slap ya mama seasoning, and the corn starch.
Cook the chicken in the skillet using either the remaining bacon grease or 3 tablespoons of butter. Cook on medium-to-high heat for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan.
In the same pan, add the gnocchi. Cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly browned, adding an additional tablespoon of butter if the pan is dry.
Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, the rest of the ranch seasoning, and more slap ya mama seasoning to the pan. Heat to a low simmer.
Stir in the shredded parmesan cheese and cook until thickened.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and top with the cooked bacon.
