MOROCCAN-STYLE KEFTA KEBABS

Directions

  1. 1Add beef, red chilies, chopped onions, and coriander leaves into a food processor.
  2. 2Season with salt, chili flakes, black zeera, cinnamon powder, black pepper, and olive oil.
  3. 3Cover the food processor and blend all the ingredients until well minced.
  4. 4Take out the minced mixture from the food processor.
  5. 5Shape the mixture into flat kebabs or form them around skewers.
  6. 6Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.
  7. 7Pan-fry the kebabs until they are juicy and golden brown on the outside.
  8. 8To store, place flat kebabs on parchment paper and fold the paper to separate layers, then freeze.

  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp black zeera
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Tips
