Cottage Cheese Bagels
Directions
- 1Blend the cottage cheese.
- 2Add the blended cottage cheese to the flour in a bowl. Mix well and knead to form a dough.
- 3Divide the dough into 4 sections and form each into a bagel shape on a baking tray.
- 4Brush with egg wash.
- 5Top each bagel with sesame seeds.
- 6Bake for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
