Christmas Casserole
Directions
- 1Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- 2Place 8 biscuits in the bottom of the pan and mash them together to cover the bottom.
- 3Brown 1 lb of breakfast sausage in a frying pan and drain the grease.
- 4Pour the cooked sausage into the baking pan.
- 5Pour a small bag of shredded cheese over the sausage.
- 6Crack open 8 eggs into a measuring cup.
- 7Add a little bit of milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
- 8Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
- 9Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
- 10Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 11Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 12Serve and add syrup on top.
