1Finely dice one green bell pepper using a vegetable chopper.
2Finely dice one yellow onion using a vegetable chopper.
3Place three pounds of ground beef in a bowl.
4Add the chopped green pepper and onion to the bowl with the ground beef.
5Add two eggs to the mixture.
6Add one cup of ketchup to the mixture.
7Add one cup of plain bread crumbs to the mixture. (Italian can also be used).
8Add one bag of Stove Top chicken stuffing mix to the mixture.
9Season generously with onion powder.
10Season generously with garlic powder.
11Add Kinder's Woodfired Blend rub & seasoning.
12Add a good bit of salt.
13Add a good bit of pepper.
14Mix all ingredients together with bare hands until well combined.
15Transfer the meatloaf mixture onto a cookie sheet.
16Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the cookie sheet.
17Bake in a 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for one hour.
18While the meatloaf is cooking, prepare the glaze by combining one cup of ketchup, two tablespoons of honey, and two tablespoons of light brown sugar in a bowl.
19Mix the glaze ingredients well to combine.
20After one hour of baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the glaze evenly over the top.
21Return the glazed meatloaf to the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the glaze sets up and becomes gooey.
