Directions

  1. 1Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
  2. 2Add 15cl of milk.
  3. 3Add 50g of grated cheese.
  4. 4Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. 5Add one tablespoon of flour.
  6. 6Whisk everything until well combined.
  7. 7Pour the mixture into a muffin tin.
  8. 8Add 50g of bacon bits to each muffin cup.
  9. 9Bake until golden brown.

  • 150 cl milk
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 50 g bacon bits
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
