1Place cream cheese, brown sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, smooth peanut butter, and a touch of salt into a bowl and mix everything together.
2Add your eggs one by one, beating well between each addition to create this loose batter.
3Grab some dark chocolate, break it up, and melt it in a bowl until smooth.
4Pour that melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and continue to mix until completely incorporated.
5Then to finish pour in some warm double cream, giving the cream cheese mix a final stir until everything's combined and the mixture is nice and smooth.
6Pour the chocolate cream cheese mixture into a lined tin, smooth the top and into the oven at 240°C for about 30 minutes until risen with a deep brown top and a slight jiggle to the cheesecake.
7Leave to cool completely, remove from the tin and onto a serving plate.
