  1. 1In a bowl, mix together one cup of all-purpose flour, half a teaspoon each of baking powder and baking soda, one and a half teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon each of garlic powder and paprika, and two tablespoons of corn starch.
  2. 2Add one cup of club soda and mix until you have a runny batter.
  3. 3Dip chicken pieces in the batter and then fry them in hot oil (about 350 Fahrenheit) for five to six minutes.
  4. 4To make the crumbs, pour some batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
