Blend silken tofu to make a tofu paste.

Add the tofu paste to plain flour until you have a scraggly dough.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until you have a smooth dough.

Using kitchen scissors, cut bits off the dough directly into boiling water.

Make sure to keep the dough bits roughly the same size.

Once the tofu noodles float to the top, they are ready.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add sliced garlic and chopped onions to the pan and cook until they soften.

Add gochujang and fry it off for 2 minutes.

Add the remaining tofu paste to the pan.

Loosen the sauce with a bit of the pasta water.

Toss the cooked tofu noodles in the sauce.
