Cheesecake Dates
Directions
- 1Wash and dry the dates and remove the seeds.
- 2Crush the lotus biscuits and keep aside 1 tbsp of the crushed biscuits.
- 3Mix together the mascarpone cheese, crushed biscuits, and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- 4Pipe the mixture into the center of each date, then close.
- 5Melt the white chocolate.
- 6Coat the filled dates with the melted chocolate.
- 7Sprinkle the reserved crushed biscuits on the chocolate-coated dates.
- 8Refrigerate until firm.
