Directions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and cream cheese.
- 2Add graham cracker crumbs and stir until well combined.
- 3In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with pumpkin pie spice.
- 4Scoop a small portion of the pumpkin mixture and roll it into a ball.
- 5Coat the pumpkin ball in the spiced sugar mixture.
- 6Use a toothpick to create indentations around the sides of the ball to mimic the shape of a pumpkin.
- 7Top with a chocolate chip to serve as the stem.
