Directions
- 1Add milk to a bowl.
- 2Add the egg, yeast, and mix.
- 3Add the flour and knead the dough.
- 4Cover the dough.
- 5Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
- 6Roll out the dough.
- 7Spread the filling on the dough.
- 8Cut the dough into strips.
- 9Make rolls and place in a baking pan.
- 10Add cream.
- 11Bake.
- 12Add frosting.

- 7 gramm Hefe
- 1 Ei
- 30 gramm geschmolzene Butter
- 60 gramm Zucker
- 0.5 Teelöffel Salz
- 410 gramm Mehl
- 80 gramm Butter
- 150 gramm brauner Zucker
- 2 Teelöffel Zimt
- 1 Teelöffel Kakao
- 150 gramm Frischkäse
- 50 gramm Butter
- 50 gramm Puderzucker
- 50 ml Sahne
