Green Taco Sauce
Directions
- 1Boil 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, 1/4 of an onion, and 8 jalapeños in water.
- 2Once boiled (15-20 minutes), add the mixture along with a small handful of cilantro to a blender.
- 3Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of oil to the blender.
- 4Add the juice of one lime to the blender.
- 5Blend on low speed.
- 6Incorporate another 1/4 cup of oil while blending.
- 7Add salt and a few cracks of black pepper to taste.
- 8Add a little bit of MSG (optional).
- 9Blend again until smooth.
- 10Pour into a container.
