Directions

  1. 1Mix butter and cream cheese together.
  2. 2Add in egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. 3Add in one box of yellow cake mix and stir.
  4. 4Refrigerate dough for one hour.
  5. 5Using a 1 inch cookie scooper scoop and drop dough into a bowl of powdered sugar.
  6. 6Roll around coating the dough.
  7. 7Place on a parchment lined pan.
  8. 8Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  9. 9Let them rest for an hour.

  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • powdered sugar

Equipment

cookie scooper (1 inch)parchment lined pan

Tips

  • Don’t overbake!
