- 7Add flour to the wet ingredients and mix to form a cookie dough.
- 8Fold in chunks of the sweet potato cheesecake mixture into the cookie dough.
- 9Scoop portions of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 10Bake the cookies until golden brown.
