Directions
- 1Add softened butter, one egg yolk, three tablespoons of brown sugar, one tablespoon of white sugar to a bowl and mix.
- 2Add a pinch of baking soda, a pinch of salt and a splash of vanilla essence and mix.
- 3Add five tablespoons of flour, one tablespoon of cornstarch and mix.
- 4Add chocolate chunks and mix.
- 5Put the dough in the freezer for at least 30 minutes (2 hours is even better).
- 6Put the dough on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 380oC for 12-15 minutes.
- 7Let cool before enjoying.
