Directions

  1. 1Cube four sticks of COLD unsalted butter
  2. 2Add two cups of sugar
  3. 3Beat together on high for 4-5 mins
  4. 4Scrape sides and add two COLD eggs
  5. 5And 5 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
  6. 6Scrape sides and mix for two mins
  7. 7Add 900-1000g of flour
  8. 8One teaspoon of salt
  9. 9Three teaspoons of cornstarch
  10. 10Mix
  11. 11Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  12. 12Roll dough with 10mm guards on roller
  13. 13Chill rolled dough then cut desired shapes
  14. 14Bake at 350 for 13 mins
