Directions
- 1Add melted butter and sugar into a bowl and whisk until combined.
- 2Add in eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla and whisk until there are no more lumps.
- 3Add in vegetable oil, cocoa powder, and stir gently with a spatula.
- 4Add in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently with a spatula.
- 5Add chocolate chips and stir.
- 6Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and grease an 8x8 inch pan. Add parchment paper to make it easier.
- 7Pour batter into the pan.
- 8Bake for 40 minutes and let it cool before cutting into it.
