Boozy Tiramisu Shots
Directions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together 3/4 pack chocolate pudding mix, 3/4 cup cold espresso, 1/4 cup coffee liqueur, 1 1/2 oz Baileys, and 1/2 cup cold heavy whipping cream. Make sure everything is cold.
- 2Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip. Set aside to chill.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine 1/3 cup mascarpone, 8 oz Cool Whip, and 2 oz amaretto.
- 4Fill shot glasses with chocolate mixture, then mascarpone mixture using a piping bag.
- 5Use a butter knife to smooth the top of each layer for a neat look.
- 6Top with cocoa powder.
