Bake potatoes for about an hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until they are super soft.

Press the baked potatoes inside a skillet to form the crust.

Season chicken pieces in a bowl.

Cook the chicken in a pan.

Add bacon, chopped onions, and celery to the pan with the cooked chicken.

Add ginger paste to the pan and mix.

Add flour to the pan and mix.

Pour in heavy cream and water, then stir until combined.

Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and mix.

Add frozen peas and carrots to the mixture and stir.

Scoop the chicken pot pie filling into the potato crust.

Place puff pastry on top of the pot pie.
