Chickpea Chocolate Fudge
Directions
- 1Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- 2Blend the chickpeas using an immersion blender until smooth.
- 3Melt the dark chocolate.
- 4Add the melted chocolate to the blended chickpeas.
- 5Blend the mixture again until well combined and smooth.
- 6Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or container lined with baking paper.
- 7Spread the mixture evenly and top with sprinkles if desired.
- 8Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
- 9Once set, cut the fudge into small pieces and serve.
