Directions

  4. 4Cook for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius/356 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
