Tiramisu Brownies
Directions
- 1Crack two eggs into a mixing bowl.
- 2Add 100g of sugar and 50g of brown sugar to the bowl.
- 3Whisk until combined.
- 4Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 60ml of espresso, then mix.
- 5Add 70g of flour, 40g of cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
- 6Mix until well combined.
- 7Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake the brownies.
- 9Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by combining 250g of mascarpone cheese, 100g of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 50ml of milk and 1 tsp of honey.
- 10Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 11Once the brownies are baked, spread the frosting on top.
- 12Dust with 20g of cocoa powder.
- 13Cut into squares and serve.
