Tips

  • Stick the meatballs in the fridge for 30mins to help them keep their shape. You could even prep them the night before and leave in there.
  • Don’t worry if the meatballs stick together or there’s bits in the sauce at the end. Just give it a good stir!
  • All slow cookers are slightly different. If you think yours runs hotter than most, you may want to add a little extra water (1-2 tbsp).
