Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, add Greek yogurt.
  2. 2Grate garlic into the yogurt.
  3. 3Chop dill.
  4. 4Chop chives.
  5. 5Add dill, parsley, and chives to the yogurt.
  6. 6Drizzle olive oil into the yogurt mixture.
  7. 7Season with salt and pepper.
  8. 8Add a touch of honey.
  9. 9Mix thoroughly.
  10. 10In a pot, melt butter.
  11. 11Add Aleppo pepper.
  12. 12Add smoked paprika.
  13. 13Add coriander.
  14. 14Add sesame seeds.
  15. 15Stir the spiced butter mixture.
  16. 16Bring water to a bare simmer in a pan.
  17. 17Crack eggs into a strainer to remove loose white.
  18. 18Pour the strained egg into a bowl.
  19. 19Add vinegar to the simmering water.

  21. 21Carefully slide the eggs into the simmering water.
  22. 22Poach eggs for 90 seconds.
  23. 23Remove poached eggs and place them on a sheet tray.
  24. 24Spread the herby yogurt into a serving bowl.
  25. 25Place poached eggs on top of the yogurt.
  26. 26Drizzle the spiced butter over the eggs and yogurt.
  27. 27Garnish with fresh dill.
  28. 28Serve with toasted bread.
