Directions

  1. 1تقطيع السجق التركي الي شرائح
  2. 2تسييح الزبدة في طاسة ما بتلزقش على نار هادية
  3. 3وضع شرائح السجق في الطاسة وتقليبها على الوجهين
  4. 4كسر البيض فوق السجق من غير ما اسيح البيض في الطاسة
  5. 5تقليب صفار البيض بالملعقة
  6. 6تغطية الطاسة حتى يستوي وش البيض
  7. 7شيل الغطا و إطفاء النار
  8. 8تتبيل بالملح و الفلفل و الشطة
