Cheeseburger Hot Pockets

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix flour and Greek yogurt until clumpy.
  2. 2Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
  3. 3Knead the pieces into smooth dough balls.
  4. 4Sear ground beef in a pan until golden and crispy.
  5. 5Add diced onion and seasonings to the beef.
  6. 6Stir in beef stock, light cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
  7. 7Mix until the filling is creamy.
  8. 8Roll out each dough ball.
  9. 9Fill the rolled-out dough with the cheeseburger mix and low-fat cheese.
  10. 10Fold, seal, and gently press to flatten.
  11. 11Brush your pan with a bit more oil.
  12. 12Place the hot pockets in the pan.
  13. 13Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until perfectly golden and crispy.

  • 400 g lean ground beef
  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 ml beef stock
  • 80 g light cream cheese
  • 45 g reduced-sugar ketchup
  • 60 g mustard
  • 60 g diced pickles
  • 200 g low-fat grated cheese
  • 1 dash oil
