Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix together the tenders and all of the wet mixture ingredients (except for the oil). Cover and marinade for 1-4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry mixture ingredients. Mix in 2-3 tbsp of the wet mixture to form a crumbly texture.
  3. 3Individually, coat each tender in the dry mixture. Transfer to a wire rack to rest for 10-12 min.
  4. 4Heat oil in a frying pan to 350F. In batches, fry the tenders, 3-4 min per side or until golden brown. Transfer to paper towel lined baking sheet.
  5. 5In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add and sauté the garlic until fragrant, 1-2 min.
  6. 6Pour in the hot sauce, honey and spices. Stir to combine and bring to a low boil.
  7. 7Cook sauce for 4-5 min while stirring to thicken up slightly. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  8. 8Place fried tenders in a large bowl. Pour sauce over tenders and mix to coat.
  9. 9Serve coated tenders with sauce of choice and enjoy!!

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
