Pulled beef burgers

Directions

  1. 1Apply sauce to the chuck steak.
  2. 2Rub the sauce into the chuck steak.
  3. 3Apply more sauce to the chuck steak.
  4. 4Season the chuck steak with seasoning.
  5. 5Rub the seasoning into the chuck steak.
  6. 6Insert a meat thermometer into the chuck steak.
  7. 7Place the chuck steak on the grill.
  8. 8Set the target temperature to 203°F for 'Fall Apart' beef.
  9. 9Remove the chuck steak from the grill and place it in an aluminum pan.
  10. 10Pour beef broth into the pan with the chuck steak.
  11. 11Cover the aluminum pan with aluminum foil.
  12. 12Remove the chuck steak from heat when the internal temperature reaches 204.5°F.
  13. 13Uncover the pan after resting.
  14. 14Shred the chuck steak into pulled beef.
  15. 15Cook bacon on a griddle until crispy.
  16. 16Toast the burger buns.
  17. 17Place pickles on the bottom bun.
  18. 18Add pulled beef on top of the pickles.
  19. 19Place cheese slices on top of the pulled beef.
  20. 20Melt the cheese on the burgers.
  21. 21Add cooked bacon on top of the melted cheese.
  22. 22Top with pickled red onions.
  23. 23Drizzle BBQ sauce generously over the toppings.
  24. 24Place the top bun on the burger.
