Directions

  1. 1Spread refried beans on a giant tortilla.
  2. 2Create an incision halfway through the tortilla.
  3. 3Roll the tortilla into a cone.
  4. 4Add ground beef into the cone.
  5. 5Arrange the cones in a cast iron pan.
  6. 6Add cheddar cheese on top.
  7. 7Place the pan in the oven.
  8. 8Remove the pan from the oven.
  9. 9Add pico de gallo on top.
  10. 10Add lime wedges on top.
