Directions

  1. 1Put cheese on a tortilla.
  2. 2Add a ball of sausage on top of the cheese.
  3. 3Press the sausage and cheese into the tortilla.
  4. 4Cook peppers and onions in a pan.
  5. 5Place tortillas with sausage on the grill.
  6. 6Cook the sausage to an internal temperature of 160°.
  7. 7Flip and brown the back.
  8. 8Slide them into taco trays.
  9. 9Add peppers and onions to the tacos.
  10. 10Add ketchup.
