1Brown 5 tbsp of salted butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally for a few minutes.
2Add 2 shallots (finely minced) and 2 tsp of crushed garlic. Cook until caramelized (10-15 minutes).
3Add 1 tbsp of chopped fresh rosemary and 1/2 tbsp of honey. Cook for a few more minutes.
4Add 1.5 cups of dry orzo and toast for 2 minutes.
5Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/8 tsp of white pepper, 1/4 tsp of paprika, 1/8 tsp of ground cloves, and 3/4 tsp of onion powder.
6Cook on medium-high for 10-15 minutes, or until the orzo is cooked.
7Stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of freshly shredded parmesan.
8Garnish with extra fresh rosemary, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese.
