Stir-fried rice cake
Directions
- 1Thinly slice the rice cake.
- 2Boil the rice cake with oil for one minute and then drain.
- 3Softly scramble two eggs.
- 4Stir fry green onion and garlic until fragrant.
- 5Add bok choy, mushroom, shelled shrimp, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and dark soy sauce, then stir fry until cooked.
- 6Add the rice cake.
- 7Stir fry until all ingredients are well mixed.
