Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, add oat flour, black cocoa powder, brown sweetener, baking powder, and a dash of salt.
  2. 2Mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. 3Add a whisked egg, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. 4Mix it all together until it's thick and smooth.
  5. 5Evenly pour the mixture into a greased donut tray.
  6. 6Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  7. 7Once done, let the donuts cool for 10 minutes.
  8. 8Flip the donuts over.
  9. 9For the Oreo frosting, mix together vanilla yogurt with cookies and cream protein powder.
  10. 10Dip each donut in the frosting.
  11. 11Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top.
  12. 12Sprinkle a bag of mini crushed Oreos on top.
  13. 13Place the donuts in the fridge to let the frosting thicken.

  • 50 g Oat Flour (blended oats)
  • 1 Tsp Black Cocoa Powder
  • 25 g Natural Sweetener (Natvia Brown Sweetener - can be substituted for stevia, erythritol, monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 Egg (whisked)
  • 120 g Low Fat Flavoured Yoghurt (YoPro No Added Sugar Vanilla Yoghurt)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 140 g Low Fat Flavoured Yoghurt (vanilla or your choice of flavour)
  • 0.5 Scoop Cookies & Cream Protein Powder (Rule1 Cookies & Cream Protein Powder - or your choice of brand)
  • 50 ml Low Sugar Chocolate Sauce (Queen Chocolate Fudge Flavoured Topping)
  • 0.5 Bag Original Mini Oreos (crushed)
