Directions
- 1Add one litre of milk to the pan.
- 2Add two tablespoons of cornstarch.
- 3Stir very well until the cornstarch dissolves.
- 4Add two boxes of heavy cream (200 grams each).
- 5Add one can of sweetened condensed milk (395 grams).
- 6Stir everything very well.
- 7Turn the heat to medium low and continue stirring constantly until it starts to thicken to an ideal consistency.
- 8Add the cream to a serving dish.
- 9Let it cool or leave it in the refrigerator while preparing the second part.
- 10In another container, add two packets of strawberry flavored gelatin.
- 11Add 300 milliliters of hot water.
- 12Stir everything very well until dissolved.
- 13Add 150 milliliters of cold water to give it a thermal shock and mix.
- 14Set the gelatin aside.
- 15After the cream cools, add half a box of washed and sanitized strawberries, cut in half.
- 16Add the prepared gelatin on top.
- 17Refrigerate it for two hours or until firm.

Tips
