Directions

  1. 1Start with sausage.

  5. 5Blend with white wine.
  6. 6Cook with meat broth a little at a time.
  7. 7Halfway down, add saffron.
  8. 8Turn off the heat and add very cold butter.
  9. 9Add a little Parmesan cheese.
  10. 10Put sausage on top.
