Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip with Garlic Bread Crostinis

Directions

  1. 1Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish).
  2. 2Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.
  3. 3Bake at 425°F for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes burst.
  4. 4While the tomatoes bake, slice a French bread baguette.
  5. 5Spread the baguette slices with garlic butter (made from butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm).
  6. 6Toast the baguette slices for 5–7 minutes until golden.
  7. 7Once ready to serve, top the roasted tomatoes with parmesan, fresh basil, and burrata.
  8. 8Stir everything together.
  9. 9Serve the dip hot.
