Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish).

Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano.

Bake at 425°F for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes burst.

While the tomatoes bake, slice a French bread baguette.

Spread the baguette slices with garlic butter (made from butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm).

Toast the baguette slices for 5–7 minutes until golden.

Once ready to serve, top the roasted tomatoes with parmesan, fresh basil, and burrata.

Stir everything together.

Serve the dip hot.
