1In a bowl, mix chicken cubes, white pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, cream, roasted and crushed cumin seeds, salt, crushed green chili, raw papaya paste, yogurt and lemon juice, then let marinate for 2 hours.
2Blend soaked cashew nuts and poppy seeds with water into a paste.
3Heat oil in a pan, grill the marinated chicken until done, and set aside.
4In the same pan, heat oil and grill capsicum and onion cubes for 1 minute, then set aside.
5Place grilled chicken and vegetables in a bowl with a small foil container of hot charcoal, cover to smoke for 2 minutes, then remove smoke.
6In a wok, heat oil and butter, then add cloves and green cardamom.
7Add grinded onion and cook for 4-5 minutes.
8Add grated ginger, crushed green chili, and the prepared cashew paste, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
9Add white pepper powder, black pepper powder, roasted and crushed cumin, and salt.
10Add whisked yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
11Pour in milk, then add cream and mix well.
12Add the grilled chicken and vegetables into the wok.
13Sprinkle dried fenugreek leaves on top and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
