Best Garlic Butter Turkey Meatballs

Directions

  1. 1Add 1 lb of ground turkey to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add 0.5 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 0.25 cup of grated parmesan, half a finally chopped onion, one whole egg, three minced garlic cloves, a tablespoon of parsley, a tablespoon of chives, and a tablespoon of milk to the bowl.
  3. 3Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients together until beautifully combined using hand mixers.
  5. 5Pull off a piece of the mixture and roll it into a perfect little ball.
  6. 6Put two tablespoons of butter on a hot pan and let it melt.
  7. 7Drop the meatballs onto the hot oiled pan.
  8. 8Brown the meatballs on all sides in the pan.
  9. 9Once happy with how brown they are, add 0.25 cup of chicken broth to the pan.
  10. 10Cover the pan and let the meatballs cook for 6 minutes.
  11. 11Check the internal temperature of the meatballs to ensure they are perfect.
  12. 12Turn the heat off.
  13. 13Grab a plate and fill it with meatballs.
  14. 14Sprinkle parsley on top.
  15. 15Sprinkle some parmesan on top.
