Brown and drain 3 pounds of ground beef in a 12-quart pot.
Add 1 pound of Jimmy Dean hot breakfast sausage and 6 ounces of tomato paste to the cooked ground beef, breaking it up and cooking it until the sausage is fully cooked and the paste cooks with it.
When the sausage is fully cooked, add 1 large chopped onion, 3 fresh chopped jalapeños, 9 cloves of chopped garlic, and 4 ounces of Hatch green chili.
Add 2 tablespoons of Flavor-Time Southern Seasoning and 3 ounces of Williams Original Chili Seasoning.
Stir everything together and let it cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start softening up.
Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes and 44 ounces of tomato sauce.
Stir everything together, then place the lid on and simmer on low for a minimum of one hour (preferably one and a half hours).
After simmering for an hour and a half, add 3 cans of Bush's Chili Magic campfire style beans.
Stir the beans in, put the lid back on, and let it simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve and add a splash of Pepper Belly Pete's Zippy-Zap Premium Pepper Sauce if desired.
