Barbecue Chicken Salad
Directions
- 1Throw the chicken in a pot.

- 4Add barbecue spice rub.
- 5Add cumin and oregano.
- 6Add barbecue sauce.
- 7Add water.
- 8Boil for about an hour and a half.
- 9Mash the chicken.
- 10Drain the liquid.
- 11Make the salad by putting romaine lettuce on a plate.
- 12Add iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, grape tomatoes, black beans, corn, and shredded chicken to the salad.
- 13Dress with creamy ranch and barbecue sauce.
- 14Finish with crispy tortillas.
