Cucumber Broccoli Salad

Directions

  1. 1Slice Persian cucumbers thinly into half moons, coins, or sticks.

  5. 5Cube one avocado and add it to the container.

  7. 7Prepare the dressing by combining mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and pressed garlic in a bowl.
  8. 8Grate lime zest into the dressing mixture.
  9. 9Squeeze lime juice into the dressing mixture.
  10. 10Add a generous pinch of salt to the dressing.
  11. 11Whisk the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  12. 12Pour the homemade dressing over the ingredients in the container.
  13. 13Finely chop fresh herbs like mint and chives.
