1Dice 500g of chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl.
2Add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, a teaspoon of ground black pepper, a teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of cornflour.
3Mix well to fully coat and combine the chicken.
4Add the chicken straight to an air fryer tray and spread out as much as you can.
5Cook for 20 minutes total time at 200° Celsius (390° Fahrenheit).
6Turn over the chicken after 10 minutes.
7For the veg spice mix, to a bowl add half a teaspoon of salt, quarter teaspoon of Chinese five spice, quarter teaspoon of garlic powder, and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
8Mix the spice ingredients well.
9To a wok, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, two sliced garlic cloves, two chopped dried chilies, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, half a sliced onion, half a sliced green pepper, and one sliced chili.
10Add the cooked chicken and the spice mix to the wok.
11Stir to fully coat the chicken and vegetables.
12Add some more spring onion.
13Stir for another minute.
