Directions

  1. 1Fill the heart-shaped molds halfway with melted chocolate.
  2. 2Mix coconut flakes with milk or cream until a paste forms.
  3. 3Mix berry jam or puree with chia seeds.
  4. 4Add a layer of the coconut mixture into each chocolate-filled mold.
  5. 5Add a layer of the berry mixture on top of the coconut.
  6. 6Fill the molds to the top with melted chocolate.
  7. 7Let it cool and set in the fridge.
  8. 8Remove from molds and serve.

  • 6 melted chocolate
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 cup red berry jam or puree
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
