Directions
- 1Take 3 aspirin-free Alkaseltzer tablets and place them in a glass.
- 2Add 2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar to the tablets.
- 3Let the mixture react until the fizzing stops.
- 4Grate 6 ounces of your desired cheese.
- 5Pour the Alkaseltzer mixture into a pan.
- 6Add the grated cheese to the pan with the mixture.
- 7Heat over low heat, stirring until completely melted.
- 8Thin the cheese sauce to your desired consistency with a little bit of water.
- 9Serve the cheese sauce with nachos and enjoy.
