Korean Fried Chicken

Directions

  1. 1Turn heat to high.
  2. 2Pour two quarts of oil into the pan.
  3. 3Cut out the fat from 500 grams of chicken thigh.
  4. 4Chop the chicken up to bite size.

  6. 6Add half a teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon of garlic, some black pepper, one egg, and one cup of potato starch.
