Dip a rice paper sheet in cool water until softened, then roll it up tightly.

Cut the rolled rice paper into rice cake-sized pieces.

Cut rice paper sheets in half.

Dip a half rice paper sheet in cool water, place a mozzarella stick on it, and roll it up tightly.

Pour dashi (or broth) into a pan.

Add a spoonful of red pepper paste (gochujang) to the pan.

Add your rice cakes (both plain and cheese-filled) to the pan.

Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes (gochugaru), and oligo syrup (or sweetener) to the pan.

Let the mixture cook.

Add a splash of water if needed.

Right before it's done, add sesame seeds.

Add sesame oil and chopped scallions.

3 mozzarella sticks
0.5 cup dashi
1 tsp gochujang
1 tsp Korean soy sauce
0.5 tsp gochugaru
1 Tbsp oligo syrup or sweetener of choice
0.5 tsp sesame seeds
sesame oil
3 scallions, chopped

Tips
For the sauce, you can use any broth you like as an alternative for dashi.
Oligo syrup or any other sweetener is fine.
