Yurinchi Pork

Directions

  1. 1Mince the green onion and ginger. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince.
  2. 2Put the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix.
  3. 3Place the pork in a frying pan as it was in the package. Add sake and soy sauce and rub while blending so as not to lose its shape. Coat with potato starch.
  4. 4Add salad oil to the empty space in the frying pan and heat over medium heat. Bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Turn over and bake for 5 minutes until crispy and the meat is cooked through.
  5. 5Take it out and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6Spread the lettuce on a plate while tearing it, and place the pork on top. Drizzle with the sauce.
