6For your sauce, add ketchup, equal parts soy sauce, a little bit of brown sugar, a fat drizzle of honey, a splash of rice vinegar, three cloves of garlic, just a kiss of sesame oil, a few sesame seeds, and finish with some cornstarch.

8Fry your chicken in an air fryer or pan until crispy and golden.
9Whilst your chicken is frying, make sure to get some dips in.

12Mix the cornflour with a splash of water and stir it into the sauce to thicken.
13Add some of your sauce.
